Entrecosto no forno com laranja e mel / Porc ribs with orange and honey
This recipe may seem hard and not suitable for everyday dinners, but that’s not true – it’s so simple! It doesn’t need that much assistance, so you can do other things while dinner is getting done.
Ingredients:
Porc ribs
Juice of 1 orange
8 tbs of honey
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Start by seasoning the ribs. Place them in a cooking tray and add the orange juice. Cover the tray with thin foil, place it in the oven, and cook the ribs for about 1hour and a half.
Before serving, sprinkle the ribs with the honey and let it caramelize for 5 minutes.

Today’s recipe it is very quickly, as quickly as it is for you to open the fridge and think “what should I get for lunch?”
The sweet potatoe was already roasted, so this meal is very fast to make, and yet, delicious.
Ingredients:
2 pork steaks
Thyme
Olive oil, salt and pepper
1/2 sweet potatoe, already roasted
3 slices of bacon
4 tbs. milk
1 ts. butter
Season the meat with salt, pepper, some thyme and olive oil. Heat a sauce pan and grill the steaks, about 3 minutes on each side.
Mash th seat potatoe with a fork. In a saucepan fry the bacon, with no grease. Add it to the mashed sweet potatoe – stir in the milk and at last, the butter.
